QLFD分級機性能特點
● 適用于粉體的精細(xi)分級(ji),分級(ji)產品(pin)(pin)的粒度(du)可(ke)達D97:5~150微米(mi),產品(pin)(pin)粒度(du)無級(ji)可(ke)調,品(pin)(pin)種更換(huan)極其方便;
● 分(fen)級效率高(提(ti)取率)70%~90%;
● 分(fen)級精度高,粒度分(fen)布窄,徹底杜(du)絕(jue)產品(pin)中過大顆粒及篩余物;
● 轉速低,使用(yong)壽(shou)命長,相同分(fen)級粒(li)徑,分(fen)級輪轉速比其它臥式,立式分(fen)級機降(jiang)低50%。生(sheng)(sheng)產莫氏硬(ying)度(du)<5的粉(fen)體(ti)時(shi),分(fen)級輪無磨(mo)損;生(sheng)(sheng)產莫氏硬(ying)度(du)>7的粉(fen)體(ti)時(shi),分(fen)級輪使用(yong)壽(shou)命比其它臥式、立式提高5~8倍;
● 采用立式(shi)分級(ji)渦輪裝置,轉速低,耐磨損,系統功率配(pei)置低;
● 可多(duo)級分級機串聯使用,同時(shi)生產多(duo)個粒(li)度段的產品;
● 可(ke)與球(qiu)磨機、振動磨、雷蒙(meng)磨等粉磨設備串聯使用(yong),組成閉(bi)路循環;
